How to claim a spot
Four steps
- 1. Connect with Mel. Reach out and mention you'd like a Founding Families spot — Melanie replies within 1 business day.
- 2. Meet & greet. A complimentary visit so Melanie meets you and your dog in person before any care begins.
- 3. Create account & intake. Set up your portal: dog profile, vaccination records, agreement, emergency and vet info, and a card on file.
- 4. First visit. Book your first visit and your dog's routine begins, with photo updates every time.
No monthly subscription is required. You pay for the visits you book, and you can move to a monthly plan any time if it saves you money.
The program closes when the fifteenth family is onboarded. The counter above updates on its own as founding families are approved.
