Dog Walking
Weekday walks your dog can count on
Walks run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with limited spots on Tuesday and Thursday while Adventure Club is out on the trails. Choose à la carte walks or a standing Walk Club membership in a set time window. Members hold a protected spot on the weekly route, billed monthly.

- 30- or 60-minute walk in your chosen service window
- Fresh water, towel-off, and a quick house check
- Photo and visit note after every walk
- Membership visits are scheduled and protected on the route

Adventure Club
Trail days that actually tire a dog out
Tuesday and Thursday outings with door-to-door pickup, real Lake Country trail time, and a happy, worn-out dog delivered home.

- Pickups 8:00–9:00 AM — a full hour so nobody is rushed
- On trail 9:30 AM–12:30 PM in a small, compatible group of up to 5 dogs
- Home between 1:00 and 2:00 PM
- Water breaks, scent work, and structured decompression
- Photos from every outing
- Cold days: send winter gear — the outing may become something gentler if it's too cold
- Hot days: a shorter hike or a water activity instead
- Unfavorable conditions: we take the adventure indoors to a private dog play area at The Downtown Dog Spot in Waukesha — we do our best not to cancel or reschedule
- Severe weather or heavy rain: choose 1:1 home enrichment with Mel, cancel, or reschedule
- Any change to the plan is communicated before the outing

Drop-In Visits
Quick check-ins for dogs who don't need a full walk
Potty breaks, feeding, medication, and companionship time at home. Ideal for puppies, seniors, and dogs on a medical routine.

Home Boarding
Boarding at Pinehaven
Pinehaven boards one household at a time, up to 2 dogs from the same family. Your dog gets a calm, home-style stay, never a crowded kennel.

Puppy boarding applies to dogs under 12 months old at drop-off.
The +$15 surcharge applies only to the holiday nights themselves, not the whole stay: Thanksgiving Day and the day after; Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after; New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Deposits & payment
Holiday stays: 50% deposit. Non-holiday stays of 7+ nights: 25% deposit. Stays under a week without holiday nights: no deposit. The deposit is charged when you approve your booking; the remaining balance is charged after pickup.
Boarding cancellation
Cancel 24+ hours before drop-off: no fee. Cancel within 24 hours of drop-off: the first night's rate is charged ($60 standard / $68 puppy). Remaining nights are not charged.

Pet Concierge
Someone to handle the vet day you can't take off work for
Groomer runs, vet transportation, and sitting in the exam room on your behalf. Details written down and relayed back to you.

- Groomer transport, one-way or round trip
- Vet transport, with or without appointment attendance
- A written Vet Visit Report after attended appointments
- Prescription and food pickup added to an existing visit

Vet attendance charges the first hour at booking; extra time is billed in 30-minute increments once the actual time is logged. The first hour is a minimum, not a meter.
